The NZCIS campus is well serviced by Heretaunga Train Station which is right across from NZCIS. From Wellington CBD, the train journey to Heretaunga takes about 40 minutes and about 15 minutes form Lower Hutt. There is bus access next to, plus taxis and shuttles can drop you directly to the campus. Buses 110, 115, 930 and N22 serve the NZCIS bus stop right outside the campus. Additionally, students who require residential support may be eligible to live in the Phoenix, Ministry of Education-approved boarding establishment located adjacent to the school.
